How do you communicate with your site visitors?

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your appointments, provide information you have requested or that we have already informed you we would be sending. Also to troubleshoot problems and to resolve any issues, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

 

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

Contact Form

When you contact us using our contact form, we collect the following information: your name, email address and any information you include in the message field. We also collect your company name if you provide it.

Transfer and storage of your information

Messages you send us via our contact form will not be shared with anyone else. We may transfer your details over to gsuite which hosts our email. And this will be used in order for us to email you information you have requested and keep in contact with you.

Phone

When you contact us by phone, we collect your phone number and any information provide to us during your conversation with us. We do not record phone calls.

We will never pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Online bookings 

When you book online you will need to consent to this prior to booking in and inputting your personal details. Online booking is done using Cliniko. Cliniko is also the system we use to make and keep your treatment notes. This information is not past on to any other parties

Payment:

Google Analytics is integrated into this site, which allows us to understand how visitors are interacting with our website, and to allow us to optimise the site to drive better performance. They will also have their own privacy policy which can be viewed here
